Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. If you need to cancel your booking with Tokyo Biking Tours, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the booking fee. We kindly ask for your understanding as our tours are limited in size to provide the best experience for all participants.
